Writing Coaching (Non-AU Students)

Professional coaching services are available at $65/hour. 

WEX writing coaches provide substantive writing support and consultation for the writing of a thesis/dissertation and/or professional material (e.g., website content, book manuscripts, journal articles). This professional writing support guides writers in any stage of the writing process, including early outlining of ideas, developing content, organizing ideas, revising for greater clarity, line editing for format and grammar, and final revision for readability.

WEX coaches are experts in writing and have PhDs, so they understand the challenges of writing dissertations and academic articles. You can submit a draft of your writing project and/or request a consultation to define writing goals and support. 

Once payment is received, WEX will contact you and introduce you to your coach. WEX does not offer refunds of payments for any proofreading, editing, or coaching services; any credit balance may be used for future WEX submissions. WEX expects clients to notify their coaches before 24 hours for any changes to appointments. Cancellations of scheduled appointments without the required 24 hour notice may incur the hourly charge.
